  • If the equipment is supplied by Double Roasters, we will have a scheduled maintenance routine. If its your machine we can facilitate maintenance on your behalf.

  • We have techs on the road 7 days a week, in the unlikely event of a breakdown, we are generally onsite in under 1 hour.

  • No, although we do only deliver once per week.

  • Absolutely, we love to train baristas either in your own shop or at ours.

  • We have an ordering system that runs on your smart phone or laptop, simple to use and you get reminders to order for the following week.

  • Yes, our coffee arrives at your shop 7 days after roasting and is good to go.
